Introduction to Pre-University
SEGi Education Group offers a variety of pre-university programmes which have been proven to be also acknowledged and accepted by institutions of higher education in other countries including the United Kingdom of Britain, Russia, India and others. Students who successfully complete the pre-university programmes have been able to enrol in diploma and degree level programmes offered at SEGi and abroad.
Apart from the core subjects for each stream, students at SEGi are also taught Thinking Skills and compulsory MQA subjects, as stipulated by the Ministry of Education.
The philosophy for the programmes is not only to give students a very sound foundation in core subjects, but also to train them to be well-rounded, independent individuals. SEGi uses a mentor approach whereby experienced lecturers give students guidance in focus study groups as well as help them prepare for the examinations, ensuring a high student success rate.
